Hi We have been looking after guests for the past 7 years on The Gold Coast. We moved back to New Zealand In November 2023 to spend time with family as we had 5 grand children at that stage now we have 7 We love travelling as much as our guests do so we hope to give you all a great experience while staying with us. We hope you enjoy the Bay Of Islands as much as we do.. We enjoy getting out on the boat in our spare time as there are so many beautiful beaches to enjoy along with picturesque walks around the islands and great fishing.

Overlooking the Bay of Islands, Sanctuary Palms is quiet place to relax but only a 5 minute walk In to town. All suites are fully self contained including spa baths in each apartment an electric fireplace in the lounge for those cozy winter evenings and all bedrooms have aircon/heatpumps and fans that are make your stay with very comfortable. Sanctuary Palms is a 10 minute walk to the Paihia-Russell ferry terminal and a 5 minute drive to Waitangi Treaty House or you can catch a free shuttle from the center of town. There are alot of beautiful walks which can be done straight from your door, just check the compendium or ask us as Sharron loves to walk most days. All of our apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, a dining setting and laundry facilities. All include a living area with a sofa or cozy chairs, flat-screen TV and DVD/CD player, private balcony (excluding the garden view) and all Ave sea views.
