the apartment is a private residence within an Auckland Heritage Building which was once the Farmers Building and is now run as the Heritage/rendezvous Hotel. You have private check in via a lockbox onsite.Recycling and rubbish disposal is two doors to the left of apt door. Multiple lifts take you to the restaurant and or the rooftop pool complex. A full commercial laundry is at the end of the hall from the apt. You will need your key card to access laundry. The apt window is best left closed as aircon is permanently on. The central heating is only for cooling. A small heater is under the vanity in the unlikely event you need one. Please ensure you replace key card to lockbox at checkout. enjoy the great facilities during your stay and thank you for looking after my property.
I have all my siblings in Auckland and my mother is hospitalised there. For this reason I purchased the apartment and proceeded to renovate it. This allows me permanent unrestricted access to Auckland whenever I need to travel for family reasons. When I am not there I enjoy hosting guests like yourself and sharing the great facilities the building offers.I live in Hawkes Bay and manage the property remotely with the help of a great local commercial cleaning company. After booking you will receive my cell number which I welcome you to use for advice during check in and any other queries about the area you may have . I hope you enjoy the facilities as much as I do ..the lap pool on level 3 is fantastic and the 2 gyms, spas and sauna,heated roof top pool are the best in the central city. ENJOY
