Welcome to our family cozy retreat at 27B Arthur Street, Whitianga! Perfect for up to 4 guests, our charming sleepout offers: 1 comfy queen bed and 1 sofa bed/couch. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the private spa pool. Pets welcome! Your unit has a secure fenced and even has a dog door in the wall. 2 Escooters provided also on request. Amenities include a dishwasher, heat pump, fridge freezer, TV with Apple TV for AirPlay and Netflix, and a child/pet-friendly fenced area. 3 dinutes drive to town The space We are pet-friendly! Sleeping Arrangements: 1 comfy queen bed in the bedroom. 1 sofa bed in the open-plan lounge. Spa Pool: Located in a private fenced area for a maximum of 4 people. Enjoy a hot soak in the beautiful SimpleSilver natural mineral water under the stars (near chlorine-free!). Conveniences: Nespresso Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, heat pump, fridge freezer, TV with Apple TV for AirPlay and Netflix. Child-friendly fenced area. Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends! We have a "dog door" (hole in the wall) leading to a secure fenced area. The kitchen door also opens up into the fenced area. Location Perks: Just a 3-minute drive from town. Near a dog park. Across from a sports field. Self Check-In: Easy access with a key lockbox. We are pet-friendly! Parking is available in front of the garage. The kitchen features a convection oven, microwave, and induction hot plates in the cupboard. No traditional oven. The linen for the sofa bed is in the bedroom cupboard. Matress topper for the Sofa Bed is in the Hot Water Cubboard. A separate dwelling on the property is also listed on Airbnb. Check-out by 10 am. Please pick up after your pets and keep the yard clean. TV only has Apple TV / Chromecast. Netflix is provided via the Apple TV App. No parties or loud music allowed. Note: While our spa runs with SimpleSilver natural minerals and doesn’t require chlorine. If we have had lots of quests through we may put a very small amount of chlorine in
