Studio 17 is a private, self-contained studio located in the peaceful North Shore suburb of Greenhithe, Auckland. With its own separate entrance and self check-in, the space offers guests comfort, privacy and a relaxed place to unwind.
The studio includes a comfortable bedroom area, lounge space, private bathroom and a small dining table. Guests also have access to a refrigerator and tea and coffee facilities. Please note there are no cooking facilities, making it ideal for short stays, business travellers or couples visiting Auckland.
Greenhithe Village is just a few minutes away and offers great local amenities including Collins Cafe for excellent coffee and brunch, and The Malt, a popular local bar and restaurant. The village also has a dairy, bottle store, chemist and takeaway options.
Studio 17 provides a peaceful base with easy motorway access to Auckland City, Albany and the beautiful North Shore beaches
Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a long-time North Shore local and recently became an empty nester after raising two children here in Greenhithe. I enjoy creating welcoming spaces and have set up Studio 17 as a comfortable, private place for travellers to relax during their stay.
I work locally in real estate and love the community feel of this area. When I’m not working you’ll usually find me painting, working on creative projects around my home, or enjoying the nearby coastal walks.
Guests have complete privacy with self check-in, but I’m always nearby if needed and happy to help with local tips.
