The property is suitable for large families with children or more than one family or a group of friends wanting a peaceful catch up together. The property is quiet and private. The property is 20 mins from popular Raglan which has a range of places to eat and 20 mins from Kawhia or 35 mins to popular hot water beach just out of Kawhia. The property is an older style home with a modern kitchen and massive all weather covered deck for eating outside or relaxing in the hammocks enjoying the view. This property has sky tv and reliable star link Wi-Fi for guests to use. The property has a massive lawn and a new trampoline for the children. the house has 2 ovens, a cooktop and BBQ for cooking, wood fire for heating and a new ventilation system throughout the house.

Te Papatapu is looking over the beautiful Aotea harbour. Local attractions are Raglan town with a number of great restaurants, markets and local shops, surf beaches, west coast rocky coastlines and scenic views, Walks up Mount Karioi, Bridal Veil falls track, Hot Water Beach Kawhia, Kayaking. The house is a great base for exploring the area with friends and family. the neighbourhood is safe, peaceful and private.
