Situated in the heart of wine country, this loft-inspired renovated barn is truly one of a kind. Whether you’re in the area for a wedding or romantic weekend away, the Black Barn is the place to stay. A short drive will see you lunching at your choice of vineyards, breweries or walking the trails of the scenic Riverhead Forest, close by you’ll find the beautiful black sand beach of Muriwai, famous for its gannet colony, surfing, golf course and stunning sunsets.

We look forward to welcoming you but please be aware we have a NO party or unauthorized gathering policy which is strictly enforced. Violation of this will result in immediate removal from the property. If you would like to have a few extra guests visit, or get ready for your wedding, please message us ahead of time and provide us a few details. Thank you for your understanding
