Spacious two-bedroom home set on top of the ridge with spectacular views over Auckland city, the harbour, Onepoto Basin and round to Rangitoto. Enjoy open-plan living with a large ranch slider that captures the outlook and opens to an expansive deck, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The home is well equipped for a comfortable stay and features two double bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a soaker tub where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is also internal-access garaging for convenience. Motorway access is only 2–3 minutes away, and it’s around 10 minutes off-peak to the city centre or Takapuna. A relaxed, spacious home with stunning views and great access to everything Auckland offers.
I’m 68 and a mum to two adult daughters and grandma to four lovely grandkids. I’ve worked in real estate for 31 years and still enjoy it. I love gardening, traveling, and spending time at home. I like things relaxed, friendly, and easygoing and I do my best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. My place is treated with care, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
My home is in a great spot with access to Onepoto Domain right across the driveway, so it’s easy to enjoy bush walks, open spaces, and playgrounds. There are lots of good cafés and restaurants close by in Takapuna and Birkenhead, so you’re never far from a coffee or a nice meal. The city centre is about a 10-minute drive off-peak, and from there you can hop on the ferry to Waiheke for a day out. Beaches are nearby too — especially beautiful Takapuna Beach, great for a swim, walk, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
