The Studio is newly built (2007) private apartment attached to a 1930's villa on one of the most prestigious addresses in Wellington. Relax and enjoy the luxurious bedroom, well stocked kitchenette, and full bath/shower with great views! The Studio has a private entrance and is located on the 3rd level of the property. There are 4 flights of well-lit stairs down to the Studio. Street parking is free and unrestricted. Walking distance to city; very convenient public transport as well. The photos tell the story; come stay with us and enjoy the fabulous location, harbor views including shipping traffic and sailboat regattas. The large, private terrace has an outdoor BBQ and stainless steel bench, including hot water at the sink. The kitchenette inside the room is equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, crockery & stemware/tumblers, and tea/coffee making supplies. Enjoy walking to the beach, cafes, restaurants, or to the city center 15-20 min away along a wide pedestrian promenade. Should you tire, public transport is available along the way both directions. In the city centre, you will find myriad restaurants and cafes, shopping galore, and theatres.
Sue grew up in Texas, worked as a geologist in Arizona and New Mexico. 20 years ago the family relocated to Wellington, and has made Aotearoa their home.
