Luxurious water front accommodation: Cocooned within the tastefully decorated double glazed brick home guests will enjoy 3x generous bedrooms and 2 tiled bathrooms with walk in showers, one includes a bath. Top of the range King, Queen, and King single pocket sprung beds are accompanied with premium linen sheets and feather down pillows. The modern kitchen features granite bench tops and a central island with leather upholstered bar stools as a conversation area. The open plan living area is furnished with leather and fabric lounge suites, a 55” OLED Samsung TV complete with a full Sky package, of course Wi-Fi is also available. The separate dining room caters for 8 people seated at a solid timber rectangular table on leather upholstered chairs. From the living area access is gained to a covered patio complete with an upholstered cane suite and a Webber barbecue, adjacent to the Patio is a new Alpine spa/hot tub for up to 6 guests, this area is fully fenced for privacy. The property is located 100m from the recently renovated 2 lane boat ramp, and has room for off street parking for cars and boats. Guest access: Full access of home and spa.
You will be more than impressed with the quality of the accommodation and it’s many features being conveniently close to Whitianga town center and the beaches. We the hosts love Whitianga for its friendliness, cleanliness, and natural beauty. The Great Escape is in a safe and exclusive area of Whitianga, waterfront location is safe for Swimming, Kayaking, Paddle-boarding. Waterfront walks and reserve are within 50 meters. Sit on the front deck and enjoy the launches going to and from the waterways.
