Our property Nikau Estate has been evolving for the past 28 years and is now a sub-tropical paradise that we like to share with our guests who come to stay. Sitting on a 6 acre piece of land we have stunning elevated sea and rural views over neighbouring farmland. The extensive planting of the gardens encourages lots of native birds and adds privacy. The Loft is a purpose built architecturally designed space ideal for couples looking for a unique place to stay. The outside deck is large with magnificent seaviews over the treetops and is equipped with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The interior is modern & comfortable & warm all year round with all amenities including a laundry. Secure off street parking also.

I am a mixed media Artist and contemporary dollmaker. I have a unique onsite Art & Craft Gallery where I sell my own work alongside that of other selected New Zealand and local Waiheke Artists artists. I also sell Vintage Japanese Kimonos.

Onetangi is famous for its beautiful long sandy beach and sparkling blue sea. With 3 great Cafes to choose from and several Restaurants & Vineyards in the neighbourhood there is plenty to see and do. Bush walks, a golf course, archery and the Ecozip are all nearby activities as well as fishing.
