Whether you’re here to hike the Tongariro Crossing, cast a line, hit the slopes or simply unwind, you’ll find everything you need to relax in comfort and style — with room for up to 10 guests.
We’re experienced hosts who have recently purchased this home as a special place for our family to enjoy, including our children. With a love for hosting and creating great guest experiences, we’re excited to share our home so others can relax and make memories here too. We love hiking, boating, and (rather badly!) fly fishing, and we hope you’ll enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer just as much as we do.
Located in the heart of Turangi, our home is the perfect base for exploring the best of the Central Plateau. Just minutes walk from the Tongariro River, world-famous for its fly fishing, and a short drive to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, it’s a dream spot for nature lovers and outdoor adventurers. Whether you're hiking, boating on Lake Taupō, soaking in nearby hot pools, or hitting the slopes in winter, Turangi offers something for everyone. The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly, with local cafés, shops, and everything you need close by — all surrounded by the beauty of native bush and mountain views.
