Property info

Frenchmans Hill is extremely stylish boutique vineyard accommodation with stunning views over the 12 acre mature vineyard and olive groves. This unique and ultra stylish island retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. From your private deck you can soak up the magnificent scenery of the vineyard and shimmering waters of the Putiki Bay or take a walk along one of the islands stunning coastal tracks. The beaches of Palm Beach and Onetangi are a short drive as are the numerous award winning wineries and restaurants. The property is centrally located so nothing is far away. The Cottage is perfectly set up to enjoy the vineyard views and the two bedrooms have north-facing windows, and are adorned with stylish and sumptuous fabrics. FEATURES: Two private deck areas with stunning views over the vines to the water The master bedroom with a king size bed Bedroom 2 - twin king singles. Bathroom with a large walk in shower Separate toilet. TV, Freeview, DVD, WIFI The kitchenette is well equipped with hobb, microwave and dishwasher. Perfect starting point for exploring the Island From here you can explore the nearby sculpture garden or plentiful walking paths to secluded spots on the coastline, or wander through the vines to the waters edge and enjoy walking the vineyard. Frenchman’s Hill is the perfect escape. Please note: The Cleaning fee include Cleaning fees and quality linen and towels hire, provided at the house for your stay (bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, face cloths, hand cloth). BOND - A pre-authorization on your credit card is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure
