Located in Ross, 14 mi south of Hokitika, with some of the worlds most beautiful and rugged coastlines, Ross Beach Top10 Holiday Park is an absolute beachfront property with limited WiFi availability throughout the property. Ross Beach Top10 Holiday Park is set on 6 landscaped acres, opened in 2017, and offers spacious, converted shipping containers/sleeping pods. Each container has been individually designed. The Maxi Apartment and Tui Studio Pods are fully self-contained, with full access to the communal amenities, including a camp kitchen, toilet/shower facilities and a guest laundry. If you are looking to cycle the West Coast Wilderness Trail, the property is 656 feet from the start/finish. Secure indoor storage for your biycles and luggage is available.

We opened our doors to guest in July 2017, and joined the Top 10 group of Holiday parks that December. Its been a fantastic journey, one that we hope just keeps on getting better year on year... so far so good, infact its been great!

Hi, welcome to Ross Beach Top 10 Holiday Park, we are a small boutique holiday park on the West Coast of the South Island NZ like no other Top 10 you have visited before! All our accommodation and amenities are in repurposed and upcycled shipping containers... It’s amazing how much compfort you can fit into a small space. In 2023 we also added 4 amazing, fully self contained Geodesic Domes. Luxurious and just a little quirky! We sit right next to the Tasman sea and most nights you can drift off to sleep listening to the sound of the ocean breaking on the shoreline. .... Blissfully relaxed amongst our natural landscape of NZ Flax. During the summer months and fine weather we welcome “Always the Weekend” to site for their Wood Fired Gourmet Pizzas and Off-licence.
