This well-presented apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master with ensuite. The living area opens effortlessly outdoors, ideal for entertaining or unwinding by the water. The ground floor position enhances accessibility, with a wheelchair-friendly main bathroom. A heat pump/air-conditioning unit provides year-round comfort,. The bedding includes one Super King bed and two Singles, which can be combined to form a King, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. For those interested in bringing a boat - the apartment includes its own 8 metre berth, with the boat ramp located right next door for added convenience. Berth hire must be arranged in advance for a fee. *Please note - the gas fire is not operational. *The pool is only heated during summer, however the spa pool is available year-round.
