Watermark is an architecturally designed, boutique holiday property providing just three private studio rooms, with the the owners accommodation also on site. The property is set high on the hill overlooking Oneroa Bay in a quiet residential area which is also convenient for the beach and the village, but away from noise and bustle. A good base from which to explore all the lovely things Waiheke Island has to offer The studios have been designed with guest privacy, peace and quiet in mind. Each studio has its own private terrace. An ideal spot for a relaxing few days. It is just a 10-15 min walk into Oneroa Village to the art galleries, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Lovely Little Oneroa Beach is just 300 meters away. There are fabulous coastal walks from our doorstep for those who enjoy a stroll or good walk. The main ferry terminal is just 3kms away.... a short taxi ride or bus ride.

Watermark is set on hill looking out over the beautiful Hauraki Gulf, with little Oneroa beach just 300 meters away and Oneroa Village a 1 km walk. Mudrick Vineyard is approximately 3kms and Cable Bay 2kms. 2 of the studios have a lovely seaview. The third has just a peak of the sea. Each studio has its own terrace. The studios are not designed for those wanting to cook a full meal. They each have a microwave oven incorporating a convection oven and grill. there is no stove top/hob. During the high season the tourist hop on hop off winery and island tour bus leave every half hour from the bottom of the hill and, the rest of the year, the regular local bus goes hourly during the day from the same spot. Car hire is available from the wharf area for those who wish to take the opportunity to see the whole of this gorgeous island and get to the more out of the way places
