Located right next to the famous and magnificent Tipaniers beach, this beautiful residence welcomes you in a Zen and elegant atmosphere. As soon as you arrive, the tone will be set ! A pretty patio with vegetal atmospheres, at the heart of which a little Buddha watches over, inviting you to daydream, read or just relax. The patio serves the entrance to the villa's 2 guest bedrooms, each in a private bungalow, with queen size bed and air conditioning. The main villa houses a large master bedroom with private bathroom, a living room composed of a lounge area with a corner sofa, armchair and Smart TV, opening onto an American-style fully equipped kitchen, between these 2 spaces, a skylight where you can sit down to appreciate the "Mana" of the place. Upstairs a large mezzanine for 5 people with 2 double beds and a single bed. However, your favorite places are outside, starting with the covered terrace running the length of the villa. This is arranged into 2 spaces: a summer lounge and a dining room. You can have your meals there, rest, organize your aperitifs and enjoy moments of conviviality, even at the sunniest hours of the day. Then, the huge garden with flowers and trees in a coconut grove, the providential tree of our islands, at the end of which sits a deck overlooking the lagoon which will offer you its most beautiful view.

The villa allows you to moor small boats up to 20 feet in plastic hull. Ask your concierge to rent your boat for a few days or for the duration of all your stay!
