Villa Manatea is a holiday house located on the East coast of Moorea island at just 5 min drive from the ferry docks. The gated neighborhood where it is located offers unsurpassed views on Tahiti main island, the lagoon and the over the water bungalows of the Sofitel resort. In addition of its quietness, this confidential neighborhood is secured and at just 2 min away from the most beautiful white sand beach of the island. The villa has been built on three levels. Each level being accessible only by stairs, the villa may not be appropriate to persons with reduced mobility or small children. Owners of the Villa Manatea pay lots of attention to the decoration and quality furniture. They particularly featured technology and state-of-the-art equipment. The overall architecture and ambiance is a mix of colorful fabrics, bright spaces, modern appliances and remote-controlled lights and shades. Exotic woods and local stones are also part of the architecture. A few steps down from the parking area lead you to the first level of the property, which features the main living spaces: the lounge, the kitchen, and the covered terrace offering a breathtaking 180° view of the lagoon. This level also includes a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. On this same level, you will find the master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The highlight of the master bedroom is its floor-to-ceiling window at the foot of the bed, giving the impression of floating above nature and the lagoon. Waking up to such a view is an absolute delight. The upper floor features a bedroom with two bunk beds, another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), as well as a shared bathroom and separate toilet facilities.
