This piece of paradise is located at Bantayan 1 road, Barangay Basdiot, Moalboal, Southern Cebu. The place can be easily find by searching on google map-Patrizio's Nest (they are same location and property). The accommodations has 3 villas/cottages which are built in unique and luxurious style, in fact each villa is fully furnished with an Italian furniture. Rooms are spacious, clean and has home stay environment. It has kitchenette, fridge, air-conditioned, fan and seating place too. While the toilet has hot and cold shower, bidet and hair dryer is within too. Every villa has a terrace . All Villa's are situated in front of the beach and surrounded with flower garden and trees that create fresh atmosphere. We have Gazebo that serves healthy breakfast everyday. This place has a private white sans beach just in front of the place. You can snorkel anytime you want. At the beach you can see: turtles, fish, corals and many other sea creature while at low tide(changes of time occurs) you can just walk around and enjoy watching and touching different type of starfish. You can witness the amazing sunset every afternoon either, .

This magnificent place is managed by us, Ancelle Cristo Re(in Italian) and Little Servants of Christ the King (in English). We are Catholic -Franciscan religious sisters(nun). We received this place as donations from an Italian friend. The proceed of this social business is to help and support the children in our Orphanage. All the time of your stay at our place we will assist you in the best we can because our service is priceless and we value our costumers regardless of belief, color, race and culture. We are located at seaside, therefore adjacent to other resorts and place to eat. The panagsama beach is 2minutes by scooter and 10 minuted to walk. If it is low-tide you can favorably pass by the seashore. At panagsama you can find lot of restaurants, bar, massage/spa and many other activities. It is also 15 minutes to Pescador Island for Island hopping, turtle and sardines run adventure. If you want to go to the town center-where you can find :supermarket, mall, wet market, fish Station etc. You can use any transportation and it takes 20minutes. If you like to visit white beach it's about 15-20minutes ride. For considering activity at Kawasan falls may take a 30-45 minutes ride. While the Oslob-Whale Shark watching is about 1and1/2 hour. There are still more places to go, to visit and experience a lot of fun at Moalboal and neighboring places.
