Astra Bella Apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Dumaguete City. This fully air-conditioned, two-story attached apartment offers a comfortable "home away from home" for families and groups. It is securely gated and includes private parking for one vehicle. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small balcony. A 500-liter water tank helps ensure a continuous water supply during interruptions. For added safety, an attached fire escape ladder is accessible from the two upstairs bedrooms and leads to the rear open space, which provides access to the property's side exit gates in case of emergencies. The standard occupancy is 10 guests, with a maximum of 12 guests. An extra person fee of Php 750 per person, per night applies starting from the 11th guest. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking. Upon request, we may allow up to 2 additional adults beyond the maximum occupancy for Php 500 per person, per night. Only extra towels are provided—no extra beds or linens. If the reservation has reached maximum occupancy, up to 3 children aged 0–7 may stay for Php 250 per child, per night, payable via online bank transfer. This includes one blanket and one towel per child, but no extra bed. Please inform us in advance if additional children will be staying. All guests must complete the online guest registration before arrival. Adult guests and children above 7 years old must upload a photo of a valid ID, while only the names of children aged 7 and below are required. The registration serves as the property's official guest manifest to verify registered guests, prevent unauthorized access, and help emergency responders identify and account for everyone staying at the property should an emergency occur during the stay.

It is an 8-minute walk to ACE Dumaguete Doctors Hospital, a newly built hospital that recently open its doors to the public. The famous Rizal Boulevard, one of Dumaguete City’s pride, is just 10 minutes drive from the property. Tricycles can be accessed anytime of the day, which can be hired to bring you from point to point within the city.
