Hi, Are you looking for a place in Cebu in a convenient and SAFE neighborhood? My condo unit is currently situated between Cebu Ayala Mall and Cebu I.T. Park. The building is located in front of Waterfront Hotel & Casino Cebu, which is 3 minutes away from my place. You can find my condo unit on the 20th Floor of Avenir Condominium facing east where you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning. The condo is very stylish and good for 2 persons only. My condo is good for couples who are traveling the city for a short period of time. After your busy day, you can enjoy your favorite movies or TV series in NETFLIX on a Samsung 39'' Smart Curve TV. I used to work remotely in this place and it is fully equipped w/ FAST & UNLIMITED WIFI connection. You also have FREE access to Roofdeck to enjoy the panoramic view of the city at night.
