The condo is a studio unit located at the 5th floor of AVIDA Rialá Tower 2, Cebu IT Park, Apas, Lahug, Cebu City. Simple, peaceful and centrally-located walking distance from Central Block Ayala Malls, Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Banks and Bus Station. Parking inside the building is available for a fee of Php200.00/day.

The place is peaceful; overlooking the pool and basketball court. Very accessible to Laundry Shop, Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Cafés, Mall and Bus Stations.
