Nestled in the heart of Dumaguete City, our studio offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. You’ll find yourself close to ~Airport, Seaport, Starbucks, Jollibee, Mc Donalds, 7 Eleven, Citimall & more! Also, we are walking distance to hospitals and pharmacies for your health needs.
My wife and I are living in the unit upstairs thus we are a call or txt away. We are a welcoming couple prioritizing the needs of our guests.
