This is very NEW UNIT. Located in a locality area , away from hassle and bustling noise. Transportation is very accessible. Convenience store is in the area. Between SM CITY Mall and AYALA CENTER CEBU. 1.3 miles to the airport. Fully air condition unit, very relaxing place, hot shower is available. Internet (home/pocket wifi) is free. You can cook light food as rice cooker and cook top are free to use. In the vicinity, swimming pool still ongoing construction, elevators are still ongoing constructions. Backup generators are still ongoing installation.

It's very quite and safe neighborhood, 24hrs security guards, friendly local residents.
