The property is Located at Urban Deca Homes Banilad Sitio Orel Tower 1 Unit 912 Mandaue City, Cebu. If you're coming from Mactan Cebu International Airport best route would be A.S Fortuna street going to Urban Deca Homes Banilad Tower 1, tell the cab in front of Oakridge business park (5-10Mins) If you're coming from Cebu Pier or Port best route is Hernan Cortez Street going to Sitio Orel Deca Homes Banilad Tower 1 (10-15mins) You can instruct the cab driver to drop you inside the Deca Homes premises, the Security Guard will ask for the Tower and Unit Number (Tower 1, Unit 912). Once you arrived at Tower 1, me or my staff will meet you there to turn over the keys and RFID card. Our unit is located at 9th Floor Number 912. Our Area is accessible to Oakridge business park where you can dine, do grocery, banks, restaurants, Cafe (Starbucks and 10 dove), drugstore, baby needs, and many more just few minutes walks from Tower 1. If you want to stroll nearby areas like I.T Park you can ride jeepney or taxi just 5-6 minutes away. Food delivery also is accessible, however you just have to meet the delivery at the ground floor. If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to message me as your host. Enjoy your stay! Kindly send to us in advance your passport or ID at least 1day before check in for us to process Gate pass purposes and security check. For convenience we provide Towels, disposable toothbrush, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, and hand soap (both kitchen and toilet) plus complimentary water during check in. We are Flexi Time check in just inform us what time you will arrived, We do consider early check in and late check out provided that we don't have guest on that time. However we charge minimal fee.
