Felipa Beach Residence is located in a coastal area of Dumaguete City. LOTUS, the main house, is a two-bedroom holiday house that can accommodate a maximum of 9 persons. It is designed with simplicity that showcase Philippines’ native products. One bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single-sized floor mattress, while the other bedroom is furnished with 2 single-sized beds and 1 single-sized floor mattress. The living room features 3 native/bamboo futons and a big flat-screen TV with cable channels. It provides a well-equipped kitchen where guests can prepare delectable meals at their own convenience. The private bathroom and toilet are separated by a wall division to allow 2 persons to use both facility at the same time. Furnitures are also set on the patio for those who wants to relax under an outdoor setting.
