Resort‑style amenities include: swimming/lap pool, kiddie pool, pre‑teens pool, gym/fitness area, jogging trail, play areas, clubhouse, basketball court.  • Building/facility features: 24/7 security, CCTV, basement parking (for sale), fire‑sprinkler systems, natural ventilation in common areas.  • Location benefits: very near the lifestyle strip “Il Corso”, out‑door restaurants, seaside views, near major malls & entertainment hubs.
