I live in the same town, just at a different property, and this is our second rental property. I currently stay at our first property, Única Hija Uno, so assistance is always nearby if needed 😊 I am available for calls from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and can receive text messages 24/7. The property is located in a peaceful residential area in Valencia proper, close to the town plaza, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and local attractions 😊 Valencia is known for its cool mountain climate, nature spots, and growing food scene. Popular nearby destinations include Casaroro Falls, Forest Camp, Pulangbato Falls and Hot Springs, Tierra Alta, Gloria’s Farm, Tajeros, and various mountain cafés and restaurants. Despite being a mountain town, Valencia is considered one of the most accessible areas in Negros Oriental because of its direct access roads to nearby coastal towns and cities including Dauin, Bacong, Dumaguete, and Sibulan. Every Sunday morning, Valencia also hosts a popular farmers’ market with fresh produce, local products, food stalls, coffee, and international cuisines including Japanese, Persian, German, Mexican, Greek, and Italian food.
