☆ Additional Information ☆ ● We kindly ask for the names of all guests and a screenshot of their IDs for pre-registration with building management at least 2 days before your arrival. Failure to provide these details may result in entry denial to the premises, as security won't be able to verify your entry. ● Please bring the same identification documents provided during check-in for verification purposes. ● Inform us of your preferred check-in time at least one day in advance for a seamless arrival experience. ● Bed and room allocation is determined by the number of guests booked, ensuring affordability and comfort for all. For 2 to 3 guests, enjoy a queen-size bed in the first room. For 4 to 6 guests, the queen-size sofa bed is available in the first room. The second room is opened for 7 to 8 guests, furnished with a double bed. Bunk double beds are accessible for 9 to 10 guests, and a pull-out single bed is provided for 11 guests. The living room can accommodate up to 3 guests on the queen-size sofa bed, but note that only a ceiling fan is provided for ventilation. ● Parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ● Please note that maximum of 4 persons per unit are allowed to use the amenities at a time. If the guest in a larger group we do recommend taking turns to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the pool area. Please be aware of the nominal fees of P300 for kids and P350 per adult for any excess usage.
