A fully air-conditioned 2 storey house where you can chill comfortably. Your perfect stay with family and friends. It’s newly renovated, clean and spacious. With converge 5g wifi, Netflix, Prime Video & Disney plus. Also equipped with microwave and JBL bluetooth speaker with wireless microphone for karaoke. 5-15 mins from Ateneo de Cebu, Savemore Canduman, Metro Supermarket, Gaisano Basak, Gaisano Talamban , Sm Consolacion, Insular square. 20-30 mins from Mactan International Airport
Nestled in a residential subdivision. It's a row house so please expect that there will be neighbors around. They are friendly and respectful.
