There are many commercial establishment just a few minutes walk away such as Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Cebu Golf and Country Club, Landers Superstore, IEC Convention Center, Cebu Grand Convention Center, Cebu Business Park and many more including churches, hospitals and schools. Around the area there are also restaurants, pubs, bakeshop, dinners, delis and cafe for you to explore. While everything you need is just a walking distance, the location is very accessible to both private and public transportation. Both entrances to the condominium are conveniently and strategically located.
