MJ's Residences Garden Hotel is your home away from home at the heart of the town inside a secure, private, and peaceful property. We are conveniently located near bus stops, convenience shops, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, the local market, fruit market, and only a 10 to 15 min ride to Panagsama or White Beach. Less than 10 min walk to our Moalboal Sea Park where you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The property is an easy starting point for any activity that you want to do in the area like canyoneering, chasing waterfalls, Whaleshark in Oslob, Osmena Peak, snorkeling in Panagsama, or White Beach. Scooters and tour activities are readily available and can be booked in advance or upon arrival. All our rooms have strong AC with premium-grade mattresses, linens, and pillows, a fridge, an electric kettle, and FREE WIFI. Some rooms have LED TV with cable channels, private bathrooms, shared bathrooms, and private kitchen, and a shared kitchen. We offer Free coffee, drinking water, toiletries, and a hot and cold shower to cool you down fast and relax after a day out in the tropical sun. We also have bamboo cabanas where you can eat and enjoy drinks at the property. If you have kids, we house the biggest indoor playhouse in the South. Friendly Staff ready to welcome you with a SMILE :).

We are in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, at the heart of the town of Moalboal. Peaceful and a lot of trees surround you. The area gives you a chance to experience and mingle with the locals in town. Right at your doorstep, there's also an awesome hiking and biking trail towards the mountains of Moalboal, where you can see springs and rivers and feel the fresh air. On top of that, we are conveniently located near - bus stops, convenience and coffee shops, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, the local market, fruit stand and only a 10 to 15 min ride to Panagsama or White beach. Also less than 10 min walk to our Moalboal Sea Park where you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Near that we also have San Juan Nepomuceno church ruins established 1852, the plaza and other historic local sites. The property is an easy starting point for any activity that you want to do in the area like canyoneering, chasing waterfalls, Oslob, Osmena Peak, snorkeling in Panagsama or White beach and more.
