Our property has 3 guests house. And have 1 pool for confirmed guests use. Our property is a 3 minute walk to the Ocean.:)

We are in a quite part area in Brgy Basdiot. But we are not far from the Panagsama Street where bars, restaurants, cafes and dive shops located. We have right now neighboors construction, hence, expect a little noise during daytime but not all the time during the day.
