Confined within an Italian inspired condominium, the place boasts 4 pools, a meditation garden, clubhouse where guests can book events and parties. It is to close malls, seaside restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas, churches, historic spots, and the southern jewels of southern Cebu like waterfall, whale shark adventures etc. This is a 2 bedroom condominium that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Please message me in advance for your arrival time. Pacheco Oasis Condo is located on South Road Properties (SRP) at City di Mare Amalfi - sits on a prime location within the 300-hectare property of the Cebu City government. The eastern sea coast provides a beautiful backdrop to this highly accessible and strategically located community envisioned as the next premier residential, commercial, and economic center of Cebu City.
I am a U.S. based host who visits Philippines occasionally. When I don't use the property I have it open for guests who are looking for short term and long term rentals. If you want a luxurious yet practical place to stay in Cebu, then this place is yours to enjoy. I have a tourist van parked in the property ready for use for our guest so that all the attractions that Cebu can offer are within your reach without the hassles of calling for public transport- at a very affordable rate. We provide Airport pick up and drop off for an affordable rate. IMPORTANT: Pls. note that the we will collect 350 per person/day for any excess of 5 occupants. Maximum occupant capacity is 6 people.
