Affordable Penthouse near IT Park. The swimming pool is right beside the room at the roofdeck with a pool gazeebo and a viewing deck. Room is netflix ready. It can accommodate 8pax. For large groups up to 11pax,message us. With a veranda and a few steps away from the pool mountain view and waterfront hotel. With Convenience Store, Water Refilling and Laundry at the Basement. Early Check-in Fee Php400 at 1pm Check-in time: 3:00PM Check-out time: 11:00AM Parking fee is Php150 per night. Pool fee is free for 2pax. Additional Php100 per pax in excess of 2pax which will be collected by Bldg admin.
I have been hosting for 10yrs. I also lived in the building amd can be reached anytime. I also have staff who can assist you to male your stay comfortable.
