We have our caretaker, my sister in-law Rowena, living on the property and av alible 24hrs a day.

This fully furnished, 1BR bungalow is located within Palmera Palma Resort. In a quiet residential area in Moalboal : it's a ten minute walk to Panagsama Beach a five minute walk to restaurants and shops. This private entry, Quite one bedroom bungalow sits on its own. Big palm trees in the front yard beautiful flowering Frangipani trees, all to enjoy from your choice of outdoor seating areas. This rental provides a big bathroom with a large attached outdoor shower and garden area.

Neighborhood info

Basdiot is the name of our Moalboal neighbourhood. It is a quiet residential area. Our rental is located just a ten-minute walk to the Panagsama Beach and shops and restaurants. Most of the dive shops in the area are within a ten minute walk. We have private parking on the premises for cars motorcycles . It's easy to rent scooters and bicycles. Local transportation is readily available using mainly tricyles. There are many options for bus transport for longer distances
