Company info

I love nature, swimming, snorkeling, diving, sunbathing and making friends easily. So I really built this resort with what I was longing for in the Philippines. Doing my efforts and investments to restore some nature in the Philippines as a part of the resort. The resort here is part of my life and I would never want to miss it. As well as I never want to miss my family that lives also here and partly helps in the business.

Property info

The property of around 5000 square meters is in a nice distance to neighbors and this makes it quiet, with fresh air and more enjoyable. It is also away from noisy and dusty busy streets. The main part of the property has a private beach area in a tsunami-safe seven to eight meters over the sea level. When going to swim or snorkel you just go down the stairs using the handrail if you wish and enjoy swimming or snorkeling in usually crystal clear blue seawater. At low tide the snorkeling at the reef edge is really great with macro views of beautiful corals and colorful fishes in a great variety. Between Cebu and Negros is the Tanon Strait that has been reported to be closed on both sides for centuries and so a unique species of fish developed. In addition there are bigger sea turtles of 0.60 m up to 1.80 m in length - depending on the age of it. There are hawks bill sea turtles and also green sea turtles here. At our side we also have a private forest sanctuary with a big ground cave and with many kind of birds including kingfishers and humming birds. There are also harmless monitor lizards and geckos here. If our free internet is not enough you may rent a pocket WIFI at P200/day.

Neighborhood info

Nearby there is the White Beach of Moalboal with nice sand and great swimming opportunities. - A little bit crowded on Sundays and with wonderful views during weekdays. There are also the Kawasan Falls nature reserve and Mantayupan Falls in half day tours reach. There are caves, gorges, beaches, hills, great dive spots including Pescador Island and many others. There is night life within easy reach of a scooter or tricycle drive of around 12 minutes.
