Located between Cebu City & Mandaue City, with different restaurants, coffee shops, laundry & even grocery shop just outside the condo area and close to malls and universities. FREE PARKING FOR MOTORCYCLES. For Car parking, kindly refer below for management's rates: -- Free parking for the first 3 hours (6AM-11PM) -- Succeeding hour is Php 100.00/hour (6AM-11PM) -- Overnight car parking, regardless of the duration, is Php 500.00 (11PM-5:59AM) Thank you!
Oakrdige Business Park is a 2-3 minutes walk away. Via Taxi: The IT Park is 6-7 minutes away. Ayala Center Cebu is 9 -10 minutes away. SM City Cebu is 10-11 minutes away. Mactan Cebu International Airport is 23-30 minutes away. Bus Stops, Taxi Stop just outside condo area or one can go around via Grab Taxi or Angkas bookings.
