The property is a two storey house on 500sq. mtr. lot, with interior space of 330 sq. mtr. It has 2 terraces on the 2nd floor with a view of the mountain and the sea (pescador island) and 2 terraces downstairs with a view of the garden. It has complete kitchen utensils, 2 refrigerators, a flat screen tv, and karaoke machine. Located upstairs are bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 with one large bathroom down the hallway. Downstairs are bedrooms 1 and 2 with en suite bathrooms. Bedroom 6 is also downstairs with a bathroom outside. Parking area can accommodate 2 SUV's or 3 medium size automobiles. The sea is about 1 minute walk from the villa or approximately 35 meters. The area is quite located in a fishing village of Talisay Point. Here, you can buy fresh fish, in the morning and afternoon. You can also swim, snorkle watch the turtles and and go for sardines run in panagsama. This area is also best for diving. Pescador Island famous for diving is within view and only 20 mins. by boat from Talisay Point. The property is 5 mins. by motorbike or 15 mins. walk to Panagsama Beach where there are lots of restobars, stores and diveshop. We are 20 mins, by car or motorbike from white beach with 2 kilometers of white sand, famous for weekend getaway. If you want to go shopping at the mall or go to Moalboal public market, it is only 10 mins. by car or motorbike from the villa. We also arrange tours for any activities like canyoneering at kawasan falls, snorkling, waterfalls sightseeing, osmena peak and whale shark watching in Oslob.

I'm Filipino/American. I was born here, but grew up in San Francisco, California. I moved back in 2004 mainly to live in a warmer climate, a change of lifestyle and to be close to my relatives. Hosting had always been something I wanted to do. I enjoy meeting all kinds of people from different parts of the word and hosting is one way to do it. I also own and manage Titanic's Nipa Hut, located across the villa. It's a hostel with 6 rooms made of native materials. I make time to enjoy my day by playing tennis, billiard, and socializing with my friends. Keeping active had always been my motto in life. Enjoy life regardless of its ups and downs. Eat good food, drink a little, work hard and get a good night's sleep .

The area was a major fishing village before tourism grew into an income generating economy for Moalboal. It is still a fishing village with boats going out in the early dawn and fresh fish can still be bought but not as much as it used to be and not as often since availability have dwindled. The neighborhood is quite but only a few minutes walk to Panagsama where you can enjoy a day's outing or a nightlife; bars, restobars, live bands. Close to the villa are big resorts and dive shops. Since the neighborhood is newly developed, it is still rough road about half a kilometer from the main highway to the villa leading to the sea. There are native local homes in the area mixed with modern concrete homes. Lifestyle is pretty laidback.
