The apartment has been designed with comfortable, even extended stays in mind. It features two separate bedrooms and four individual beds, which can be converted into double beds. This makes the apartment ideal for families, as well as groups of colleagues or travelers who need separate sleeping arrangements. The ample amount of closets and storage space allows you to comfortably unpack all your belongings and feel right at home. Please be sure to select the exact number of guests who will be staying in the apartment when making your reservation. Each additional person arriving beyond the number specified in the reservation will incur an extra charge of 200 PLN per person. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen: a coffee maker, Thermomix, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils. Each room features a TV and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a small garden, allowing you to relax outdoors. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but you may smoke in the garden. There are many excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area, which further enhances the comfort of your stay. You can have breakfast at the Lubaszka bakery, which is just a few steps from the apartment. This is an optional extra that you can purchase on your own.

The neighborhood is a peaceful and quiet area with excellent transport links to downtown Warsaw as well as other cities. There are two train stations nearby, allowing you to travel in several directions. Next to the housing complex is a bus terminal with several bus lines. Very good connection to the airport. Good access to UBER, BOLT, FREE NOW, and other ride-sharing services. Shops are located 50 meters from the complex. The building houses a Żabka convenience store open until 11 p.m., a massage and tanning salon, a produce store, a hair salon, a nail salon, and a sushi restaurant, and for breakfast, the Lubaszka bakery, which offers several delicious breakfast sets and coffee. 300 meters to the large FACTORY Outlet Ursus shopping mall.
