Our apartment is situated on the first floor in a private house in a quiet neighbourhood close to the water reservoir which is just 200 metres away. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and at 130m2 you won't be short of space. There is a spacious lounge with a smart TV, a large fully equipped kitchen with 4 hobs, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a kettle. There are also plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils to allow you to cook a meal if you decide to stay in. To ensure our guests can get some real sleep all of our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds - we don't use sofas beds! Two bedrooms have large double beds (160x200 and 180x200), while the third bedroom has two single beds (both 90x200) and the fourth bedroom has one single bed (90x200). We provide all of our guests with clean towels and bathroom essentials. There is internet in the form of WIFI, toys and games for children. We also provide a dehumidifier/air cleaner and an electric iron and ironing board. On request we can provide a small bed or a crib for young children and babies as well as a portable childs bath. Domesticated pets are welcome free of charge. Thanks to a large photovoltaic panel installation, generally each year we produce more electricity than we consume, so you can be sure that while staying with us you are doing your bit to help the environment. The apartment is located in a quiet leafy suburb right next to the Witoszów reservoir in Świdnica. There are many attractions in the immediate area and there is a well stocked convienience store just 250 metres away from the apartment. Distance from notable tourist attractions: Świdnica Cathedral -1,9 km, Mountain Ślęża 19km, Castle Książ - 18 km, Train and Bus Station - 1,5 km. Wrocłąw 40km. Getting to Sobótka takes half an hour by train, while the journey to Wrocław takes an hour by train.
