The apartment has a private bathroom with a washing machine, hairdryer, and shower.

Warsaw’s Praga district, near Mińska and Grochowska streets, right next to the most beautiful park in Warsaw – Skaryszewski Park. Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment are Soho Factory, Praga Port, the Vistula beach with a view of the Old Town, and the restored “Koneser” Praga Center. The Stadion Narodowy metro station is also nearby. Only 4 km to the city center.
