Since 20.05.2026, the EU Directive STR 2024/1028 has been in effect. This directive requires holiday apartments to publish their registration information. Our apartment has been listed in eKON (ekon.um.krakow.pl) since 2017 under Cracow local registration number 2017/74. The special feature of our apartment KATAMARAN at Tomasza 25/4 is the fact that it is situated right in the heart of Krakow's historic Old Town. So you are in the middle of the life of the old town in the very heart of Cracow. Everything is within easy reach: the Market Square, the Wawel Castle, and the main train station. Our guests always receive personalized service. In addition, we focuse on quality: 2 double beds (180 cm and 140 cm wide) with very comfortable viscose mattresses, extra-long duvets (220 x 155 cm), a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, different coffee preparation options, provision of detergent, soap, shower gel and shampoo, air cooling fans, full curtains and blinds, mosquito nets, fire extinguisher, book with apartment rules.
Personally, we work as tour guides in Cracow as well as tour guides through Poland, especially in German language. We offer also other languages. It is always important for us to have direct contact with our guests from all over the world. It is a great pleasure to be in this way Ambassador of Poland with its rich culture and history.
As soon as you leave the apartment, you notice that the green belt - called Planty - is only a few minutes away from the property. There one can sit down on a park bench and, for example, read a book or make beautiful walks around the old town. Overall, Tomasza Street has a lot to discover. Opposite Tomasza 25 is an restauarant, where you can eat cheap and good polish food. Turning left from Tomasza Street and crossing Florianska Street, you will find one of the most popular cafes in Cracow - Camelot. Especially the side streets of the marketplace are the quieter places, where you can often discover very interesting things.
