Apartament znajduje się w nowo powstałym bloku, który zapewnia windę ,bezpłatny parking obok oraz za dodatkową opłatą podziemny. Właściciel sam osobiście tworzył wnętrze, aby każdy gość czuł się jak najbardziej komfortowo. Apartament ten dysponuje salonem, w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią (tzn. z kuchenką, piekarnikiem, mikrofalówką, tosterem, lodówką oraz zastawą kuchenną), jadalną, sypialnią, łazienką oraz dużym tarasem. Zapewniamy również dla państwa bezpłatne Wi-Fi oraz telewizję. W okolicy około 200 m znajduje się rynek oraz stacja PKP. Natomiast spacerkiem na Termy Cieplickie i do Parku Norweskiego jest około 1300 m. Do Karpacza jest zaledwie 18 km, Szklarskiej Poręby 16 km, a do Świeradów - Zdrój około 32 km. Miejscowość daje możliwość do uprawiania turystyki pieszej jak i rowerowej, a zimą narciarskiej.
