Company info

The house had a general renovation in 2019. The property has an original style and is fitted with facilities such as dishwasher, WiFi, BBQ equipment, two bicycles, and a hammock. In the bathroom you will find towels,  hair dryer, washing machine and a set of cosmetics. In the kitchen, you can use a two-burner electric cooker, electric kettle and other everyday appliances ( small electric oven, toaster). For the youngest guest, we have prepared a portable baby travel cot and high chair. The reference to “Masurian Lakes” in object’s name “Masuria” is not coincidental, as the proximity of lake Ławeczno and lake Klucz, Narew river and surrounding forests, make you feel like in the land of great lakes itself. The enthusiasts of active leisure have many options to choose from, for example: hiking, Nordic walking, bike trips (over 100 km of designated bicycle paths), sunbathing, fishing, canoeing and other water sports. Other activities include horse riding or climbing on nearby bunkers in Janówek.

Masuria Warsaw is a unique place, where you can enjoy for your sole disposal a three-story house with terrace and nearly 1000 square meters backyard, all located in forest. Thanks to its location, you will be not only close to nature but also close to Poland’s capital Warsaw  (The Old Town is only 30km away). The property is located in a pine forest, close by vast forest areas, fields, lakes and rivers. It is an ideal place for those who would like to combine active recreation in the bosom of nature with sightseeing in Warsaw. The house can accommodate 8 adults. There are four beds available to our guests: three sofa beds and one double bed. It is also possible to add a single camp-bed, as well as one portable baby travel cot.

Neighborhood info

The property is located 30 km from Warsaw's Old Town, 40 km from Warsaw Chopin International Airport and only 20 km from Modlin Airport. For additional payment we can arrange a transportation from airport, or railway stations of Chotomów or Michałów Reginów, just let us know upfront via phone. Conveniently located lake Zegrzynskie (approx. 12 km) offers such water sports as sailing and wind-surfing. Numerous water equipment rentals rent out sail boats, motorboats, kayaks, water scooters and water bikes. Bird lovers will be happy to know that a large number of bird species inhabits the immediate area. You can easily spot the Great Woodpecker, Tit, Owl and many others. A pleasant bird's singing is likely to accompany you from dawn to dusk. The loudest “birds’ concerts” take place every spring and summer. People who love wildlife will definitely not be disappointed. In the nearby forests, it is easy to come across numerous roe-deers, wild boars, foxes, hares, hedgehogs and even elks.
