In our shared dormitories, we limit stays to 14 nights, prohibit guests under 18, prohibit pets, and reserve the right to cancel non-compliant bookings.

To receive a VAT invoice, provide the company details and tax ID. For prepaid nonrefundable rates, contact us immediately after booking, or the invoice will be issued to the booking person.

Please note that all guests with children need to provide a valid ID for the children at check-in.

We reserve the right to pre-authorize the stored credit card upon receipt of the booking.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
