Welcome to Villa Ley, a beautiful apartment where you can enjoy unique holidays combining beautiful nature of Karkonosze area with a thriving city life of Jelenia Góra. Our unique 175m2 apartment in a beautifully restored art-nouveau villa is a fantastic place to unwind and relax, featuring huge amount of stylish and family-friendly space, with 70m2 of living & dining area perfect for family gatherings and parties. In addition the apartment benefits from two large bedrooms, orangery (used as 3rd bedroom if needed) with various games and sofa bed, two bathrooms, huge reception area, large TV screen, bluetooth speakers, wi-fi, own gated parking for 4+ cars, garden with a barbeque space, mini football pitch, trampolines, and a tree house. As our guest you will have exclusive access to a large private garden and gated parking on site. You will also have access to a separate utility room with a washing and drying machine and a tennis table. We keep a few bikes at the property together with a child trailer, let us know if you'd like to use them. Overall, we think that Villa Ley is a perfect combination of the City & Country, a short walk away from the beautiful Old Town, right next to the park and 5 minutes drive to the nearest country walks and palaces. Enjoy!

We are within 200m from a beautiful park with fitness equipment and playground, 400m from Cafe and shops, 500m from local museum, 1100m from the Town Square and 6km from the nearest mountain walk. Please note that while we accept parties at the property we require that you notify us about such events, respect our property and the neighborhood, and tidy up after the party. Alternatively, we can arrange for cleaning at an additional cost, to be agreed in advance. For security the area outside the house is monitored by CCTV.
