Ponadto istnieje możliwość skorzystania z parkingu podziemnego. W okolicy stacja PKP (8 min pieszo) oraz kompleks handlowy (2 min pieszo - Lidl, Rossman, Hebe, stacja Orlen, Media Expert i inne). Zakaz palenia w mieszkaniu (z wyłączeniem balkonu) oraz organizowania imprez.
