Old Market Residence mieści się przy ul. Św. Filipa 16 i swą nazwą nawiązuje do najstarszego i najsłynniejszego krakowskiego targowiska zwanego Stary Kleparz. Zrobią tam Państwo znakomite zakupy. Obiekt znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko stąd zarówno na Krakowski Rynek/600m/ jak i na Dworzec Główny/400m/. Przy naszej ulicy i w okolicy zmotoryzowani Goście znajdą strzeżone parkingi. W kamienicy oddajemy do Państwa dyspozycji 20 dużych przestronnych pokoi usytuowanych na trzech piętrach. Nasz obiekt może pomieścić 64 gości. Z Krakowem związani jesteśmy od pokoleń dlatego służymy radą, informacją czy sugestią. O naszym mieście wiemy prawie wszystko więc nie krępujcie się pytać. PS. Warto nadmienić że, na parterze znajduje się znana i ceniona restauracja Alejo Tapas Grill&Wine.
