Please note that a deposit of 100 PLN is pre-authorized on the credit card at the check-in. The deposit cannot be paid in cash.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, on balconies and in the common areas.

Please note that in the case of a nonrefundable reservation, you will be provided with the personalized link which is necessary to make the secured payment for the reservation with a credit card.

Please note that the credit used for booking must contain the guest name to be presented at reception upon the client's arrival. If the credit card used for reservation is not presented, the Platinum Residence will request an alternative credit card for payment. Cards belonging to third parties, payment cards, debit cards and virtual cards (without the physical presence) will not be accepted.

Please note that when traveling with pets, an extra charge of 50 PLN per pet, per night or 350 PLN per pet, per stay applies.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.

A damage deposit of 300 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
