This lovely 2 bedroom is located on the top floor (with elevator) of St. James complex. From both bedrooms and living rooms you have a spectacular view over the ocean which gives you an instant holiday feeling. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds and a bathroom. The living rooms offers a smart tv, big dining table and some sofas to relax. From the kitchen you have the view over the swimming pool and all basic kitchen equipment is available. There are 2 balconies and 1 smaller terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and the view. The complex itself is well maintained, offers a bigger pool and children pool and has an outdoor playground for the smaller ones. The beach of praia da Luz is just down the street and restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all on walking distance. The apartment is suitable for every type of guest: - families : children pool and playground - active people : walking trails/ watersport activities/several well known golf courses nearby - people who want to relax: pool with sundbeds and beach - people who want to discover Portugal: just 10 minutes away from main highways -........
The apartment has a keybox but we can also meet and greet the client upon arrival to provide them with more information regarding the apartment and area. There will be a house manual available in the apartment.
Praia da Luz is a small village with a wonderful beach and a nice promenade with some restaurants and bars. The village has 2 bigger supermarkets located on walking distance from the apartment . From Praia da Luz you have some walking trails to Lagos and Burgau so also a perfect spot for people who love nature and walking. There are several golf courses in the neighbourhood and of course a lot of other acivities are offered in the village or in the city of Lagos ( horseriding, boattrips, bicycle tours, city trips ect) Parking should not be a problem as there are a lot of parking spaces next to the complex. There is a busstop closeby and you have several busses to the city of Lagos where you have the main busstation or train station.
